Payment Security
All transactions use PCI‑compliant, encrypted payment gateways. Your credit card details are never stored on Colourpop servers. When you use PayPal, you are redirected to PayPal’s secure environment.
Billing Statement Name
The name Colourpop appears on your credit card or PayPal statement. Please ensure your billing address matches the address your card issuer has on file.
Order Confirmation
You receive an order confirmation email shortly after successful payment. If you do not see it within one hour, check your spam folder or contact us.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, verify your card details or try another payment method. Unpaid orders are automatically canceled after 24 hours.
